Our products are handmade and many are personalized or made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in fabric placement, embroidery placement, thread colors, and overall appearance may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

Personalization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order. Please verify spelling, dates, monograms, and other customization information carefully.

The Buzy Bee Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing times are provided for reference and do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, The Buzy Bee Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or if we made an error in personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
