Processing Time

Most items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Estimated processing times are provided as a guide and may change based on order volume and product complexity.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and do not include production time.

Once an order has been shipped, The Buzy Bee Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or building management. While we will do our best to assist, The Buzy Bee Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
